Our vision is that elders in the Boston area will maintain balance regarding their safety and autonomy over the long-term. We aim to help people feel in control of as much of their life as possible for as long as possible in the wake of progressive memory loss and comorbid diseases.
In addition to concierge Private Care Management Services, Smith ICS offers educational programing about issues and diseases of aging to local senior providers. This programming includes presentations and activities for elder populations as well as continuing education for nurses and social workers.
